Swetha’s decade of experience in customer care and project management with large telcos and enterprises, as well as her attention to detail and passion for happy customers, makes her the perfect person for the job.

Chief Financial Officer
Colin is a member of the Solarix Executive Team and is responsible for the financial and accounting elements of our business.
With a long history in the public and private sector in the UK and New Zealand, Colin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our business. He has a passion for planning, forecasting, and risk management. Day to day, Colin likes to be hands-on and close to the detail.
Colin is a Chartered Management Accountant by profession and a Certified Finance Professional. He is also certified in Production and Inventory Management.
Commercial Manager- South Island
Craig brings a wealth of technology consulting, knowledge, industry experience and customer credibility to the table.
He has spent two decades acting in various technology roles helping clients make sense of their networks, infrastructure and platforms, at all levels of their IT stack.
His role within Solarix is to manage the day to day operations of our South Island team, manage key customer relationships and to drive new business growth across the region.
Sales Manager
Todd Sutton joins the Solarix team bringing a wealth of experience in local and international networks. He has a high proficiency in Solution Design for Ethernet, SDH, Optical Transport and IP Networks and will use these skills to further develop and strengthen Solarix’s growing National and International network presence.
Todd is Solarix’s Customer Facing contact for the new Solarix / TaiTokerau Fibre Network partnership. His existing relationship with all of the New Zealand and Australian networks will be instrumental as we develop the northern network and open the digital gateway to the north.

Chief Technologist
Ricard’s attention to detail, thorough knowledge base, and high-level of technical capability has led him to the role of Chief Technologist for Solarix. Ricard’s specialty areas include: networks, Cisco, Juniper, Internet and Cloud technology, voice, security, complex solution design and forensic investigation.
Engineering Manager
Reuben leads our team of voice and data engineers and is also one of our most senior technical resources.
Reuben is a seasoned engineer and project manager and has been more than 2 decades of ICT experience. He holds a number of Cisco and Juniper certifications and is passionate about all things technology.
Pre-Sales Architect
David is a highly regarded, extremely competent technology specialist. His great technical skills, knowhow, attitude and personality keep him up to speed on all matters technology. He innovates and thinks laterally. David has a reputation for providing robust, cost effective, and secure solutions.
He thrives on challenges and working through complex issues, and is driven towards ensuring correct implementation of policies and procedures to optimise systems and solutions whilst maintaining system integrity and availability.
Sales Director and Partner
Simon, who is a major shareholder and director in the company, leads our sales and consultancy team, injecting an enormous amount of value into our sales channel across Australia and New Zealand. Simon believes that demonstrating trust and loyalty are paramount in dealings with both customers and channel partners, as is the very realistic and pragmatic approach to the Solarix solutions repertoire.

Flemming is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of all entities of the Solarix Group. Directly and indirectly he is a majority controlling shareholder. He has instilled process, structure, and business discipline since joining the company in late 2010.
This has transformed Solarix and created a platform on from which we, as a company, have rapidly expanded by delivering robust and reliable, and cost effective solutions to our clients and channel partners via an industry leading core network infrastructure. Flemming oversees all commercial, and legal aspects of what we do.
Sales and Marketing Director – MInstD
Rudi is a member of our Executive Team and accountable for Sales and Marketing at Solarix and also leads Product Development activity.
He has two decades of experience in the ICT market with a distinct ability to articulate complex technology concepts into business specific outcomes and objectives. His passion, flair and desire to succeed, coupled with his strong work ethic and proven track record in over-achievement all contribute to his versatility and the value he brings as a leader to Solarix.
He has led a number of large, strategic projects relating to business development, growth in unexplored markets, global commercial negotiations, and business realignment and optimisation.
